Good morning! This morning I would like to challenge each one of you to forgive a person who has hurt/annoyed/offended you. Ladies, say their name and/or write it down. Next, I want you to pray for him/her and pray that God will help you to forgive him/her.
I am currently participating in Unplugged: 21-days of Prayer and Fasting. During this morning’s prayer call I was forced to search my heart for unforgiveness. It took me some time to figure out who I haven’t forgiven. I hadn’t realized that I harbored unforgiveness in my heart. However, I felt so free once I said the person’s name and why I needed to forgive him.
I implore you to search your heart for any unforgiveness that may be hiding out in the crevices. Unforgiveness is like plaque. It may start off as a small piece and then unmonitored it gets larger as it attracts more plaque, and the next thing we know is that we have blocked arteries. Pray that God will create in you a CLEAN heart—a heart where unforgiveness, hate, resentment do not have a home. Eat your oats (read the Word) and do cardio (live out your faith by being the hands and feet of God). Don’t let unforgiveness cripple you!
Have a great day! 💖💖💖
